VIII.      Open Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendment to City Code, Title 8, of the Code of Ordinances, as amended, by adding a new Chapter to said Title, to be known as Chapter 10, Telecommunication Towers and Antennas; so as to provide for the location and regulation of telecommunications facilities, including but not limited to monopole towers, guy towers, telecommunications towers, antennas and all related structures and supporting equipment; to require and provide for the issuance of conditional use permits for such telecommunication facilities; to provide for penalties for violations; to repeal conflicting ordinances and for other purposes

1.      Consider a Resolution by the City Council of the City of

Forest Park declaring certain City property listed on Exhibit A, to be surplus property and to provide for its proper disposal either by auction or other methods pursuant to the City’s Ordinances; and for other purposes

 

2.      Consider an Ordinance by the Governing Body of the City of

Forest Park, Georgia, to designate itself to serve as the City’s

Redevelopment Agency pursuant to the Georgia “Redevelopment Powers law”. O.C.G.A. §§ 36-44-1 Et Seq.; to provide for severability; to repeal all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes

 

3.      Consider a Resolution by the Governing Body of the City of

Forest Park, Georgia, to designate itself to serve as the City’s
