the amount of seven thousand dollars for the installation of sidewalk along

AND BACKGROUND: This
resolution by the City Council authorizes the Director of Planning, Building
and Zoning Department to issue a letter of release for a subdivision
improvements performance bond in the amount of seven-thousand dollars
($7,000.00) for the installation of sidewalk along Main Street, for the Kenai
Townhome development.

towers, alternative tower structures, and other similar devices and structures;
to provide for the purposes of the moratorium, to provide for findings of fact,
to provide for the imposition of the moratorium and for the duration of the
moratorium for up to one hundred eighty (180) days; to provide for the
consideration of permit applications already filed as of the effective date of
this moratorium; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date; to
repeal all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith to the
extent of such conflict; and for other purposes
