16.Consider an Ordinance by the City Council for the City of
Forest
Park, Georgia, to amend Title 5, Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City, so as to
reorganize, clarify, and make consistent the city’s ordinances governing
Roll-Off Container Service and Solid Waste Compactor Service in the City; to
provide for severability; to repeal all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
This Ordinance has been prepared by the City Attorney so as to
reorganize and clarify City ordinances pertaining to the use of roll-off containers
and solid waste compactors in the City.
