5. Consider a Resolution by the City Manager to re-appoint Clifford Nelson Jr. and Randy Gepp as Personnel Hearing Officers for a term of five years 5; to set an effective date; and for other purposes

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: It is time to reappoint the Personnel Hearing Officers which are Clifford Nelson and Randy Gipps. Personnel Hearing Officers shall be qualified attorneys who are members in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, who have not less than fifteen yeas of experience practicing labor and employment law, including not less than five years experience in advising or representing municipal or state governments or agencies.
