9.      Consider an Ordinance by the City Council for the City of Forest Park, Georgia, to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Forest Park, Georgia, specifically Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 5-2-11 thereof, so as to make provision for roll-off container services that consist entirely and exclusively of recycling materials; to provide for severability; to repeal all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
