from April 3, 2010 through September 30, 2010 to conduct baseball games; to
provide for severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: The Forest Park Braves are requesting use of
Lockhart Field and concession stand April 3, 2010 through September 30, 2010 to
conduct Baseball games and practice.
Practices are Wednesday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.
– 2 p.m. Games are Sunday from 1 – 5
p.m. The License Agreement is a revocable License Agreement and specifications
for the use of City of
