SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: Ramona
Wallace, President of Amber Personal Care Home has filed a petition with the
City for a Conditional Use Permit. The
Conditional Use Permit is being sought to allow a 24-hour personal care home
for up to four (4) unrelated persons within a single family residential home
located at
