Consider a Resolution by the City Council for the City of Forest Park, Georgia, to declare the necessity for the acquisition of two parcels of land in the City for the public purpose of building a new Public Library; to authorize the City Attorney to file Eminent Domain proceedings in order to acquire said parcels upon payment of Fair Market Value for them; to repeal all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
