AGENDA

 

  • Discuss the continuation of the Clayton Clean and Beautiful Program

 

  • Increase in Commercial Garbage fee. 

                  This fee has not been adjusted in 9 years.  The City’s cost has                                increased an average of at least 1% per year.

 

  • Possible location of two Cell Towers

                  --One request is from the Water Authority.  A water tank located              just off Jonesboro Road, north of the Thurmond Road exit would                                  be removed and a tower disguised as a pine tree be erected in its                  place.  Revenue from this cell tower would be used to help people              that have lost their jobs to pay their water bills during their                             financial problems.

 

                        --The second request is from the School System.  It would be                                   located at the tennis courts at Babb Middle School.
