1. Consider a Resolution to enter into contracts with the

Georgia Department of Transportation for L.A.R.P. Streets and transfer contracts to Clayton County

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: The following streets have been approved for resurfacing under the current year LARP Program: Henderson Road, Hill Street, N. Parkwood Drive, O’Hara Road, West Drive and West Street. These streets are on the list for resurfacing under the current County SPLOST Program. These contracts will require the Mayor’s signature as well as the authority to transfer these contracts to Clayton County for completion.

2. Consider a Resolution by the City Council of the City of

Forest Park declaring certain city property listed on Exhibit A, to be surplus property and to provide for its proper disposal either by auction or other methods pursuant to the City’s contract with Nationwide Auctions systems; and for other purposes

3. Consider an Ordinance by the City Council for the City of

Forest Park, Georgia, to amend Title 2, Chapter 4, Article C of the Code of Ordinances of the City, so as to adopt a Self-Insurance Program to provide for Life Insurance benefits for officials and employees of the City; to provide for severability; to repeal all Ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
