1. Consider a Resolution by the City Council of the City of Forest Park authorizing the Mayor to execute a License Agreement with South West Atlanta Christian Academy for the use of Kiwanis Stadium, and concession stand for the dates of August 27^th, September 17^th, October 1^st, 22^nd, 2010 to conduct Football games in their Region 5-A Varsity Football Program; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: South West Atlanta Christian Academy has requested use of Kiwanis Stadium for August 27^th, September 17^th, October 1^st, 22^nd, 2010. The fee will be $150 for field and $50 for the concession stand per date of use of Kiwanis Stadium. The License Agreement is a revocable License Agreement with specifications for the use of City of Forest Park facilities and vending concessions and includes liability insurance, general release, indemnification and hold harmless provisions.

Forest authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental License Agreement with Babb Middle School of the Clayton County School District for the use of Kiwanis Stadium and concession stand to conduct Football games; September 8^th, 9^th, 21^st, 22^nd, October 5^th, 6^th; at a rate of $100 for use of field per date and $50 for use of concession stand per date; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: Babb Middle School is requesting use of Kiwanis Stadium for the 2010-2011 school year. The dates requested are September 8^th, 9^th, 21^st, 22^nd, October 5^th, 6^th, 2010. The fee will be $100 for field and $50 for concession stand pr ate for use of Kiwanis Stadium.
