Health/Dental Insurance: Employee coverage is paid for by the City of Forest Park. Family coverage is $13.00 per week.

Life Insurance: Employee coverage is paid for by the City of Forest Park up to $20,000.

Death Benefit Fund: An additional death benefit for employees.

Annual Leave: 6 months- 9 years = 12 equivalent days per year
10 years- 19 years = 15 equivalent days per year
20+ years = 20 equivalent days per year
