Call to Order: The regular meeting of Mayor
and Council of
Invocation: The invocation was given by Councilwoman Sparkle Adams followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
Roll Call: Mayor Corine Deyton, Mayor Pro-tem Donald Judson, Councilman David Halcome and Councilwomen Sparkle Adams, Linda Lord and Debbie Youmans.
Also present were City Manager John Parker, Director of Finance Mike Blandenburg, Director of Planning, Building and Zoning Steve Pearson, Director of Support Services Christine Terrell, Management Analyst Angela Redding, Chief Eddie Buckholts, Deputy Director of Recreation and Leisure Services Sharon Smith, Rusty Still, Public Works, Captain Cottrell and City Attorney Joe Harris.
Minutes: Mr. Judson made a motion
to consider the Work Session and Regular Meeting of Mayor and Council of

Renewal of retail Mr. Halcome made a motion to consider the
Alcohol licenses: renewal of all retail alcohol licenses for beer and wine together, seconded by Ms. Youmans. Voting for the motion was unanimous.
Mr. Halcome made a motion to approve the following renewal of retail alcohol licenses for beer and wine:

Mr. Judson made a motion to consider the new retail alcohol licenses for beer and wine, seconded by Ms. Youmans. Voting for the motion was unanimous.
Mr. Halcome made a motion to approve the following new retail alcohol licenses for beer and wine:

Seconded by Ms. Youmans. Voting for the motion was unanimous.
Renewal of alcohol Mr.
Judson made a motion to approve the license – Hong’s renewal of a
retail alcohol license for liquor only Liquor: from
Hong’s Liquor, 5001A
seconded by Mr. Halcome. Voting for the motion was unanimous.
Ordinance - Request was made to consider an Ordinance by
Appropriation
of the City Council for the
City of
Funds:
Mr. Halcome made a motion to approve the Ordinance, seconded by Ms. Adams. Voting for the motion was unanimous.
Comments: Mayor Deyton thanked everyone for coming and reminded the citizens of the December 4th Run-Off Election for Ward 3.
Mayor Deyton also reminded everyone of the Christmas Parade Monday night, November 26th.
Newly elected Council member Linda Lord thanked everyone that came out and voted and stated she was glad to be here.
Mr. Parker stated that new security lights were placed around City Hall.
Adjournment: Ms. Youmans made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Halcome. Voting for the motion was unanimous.
