M I N U T E S

REGULAR MEETING OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF MARCH 3, 2006

Call To Order: The regular meeting of Mayor and Council of March 3, 2006 was called to order by Mayor Corine Deyton at 5:30 p.m.

Invocation: The invocation was given by Mayor Deyton followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.

Roll Call: Present were Mayor Corine Deyton, Mayor Pro-tem Donald Judson, Councilwoman Debbie Youmans and Councilman David Halcome.

Also present were Finance Director Mike Blandenburg and City Attorney Joe Harris.

Approval of minutes: Mr. Judson made a motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Mayor and Council of February 20, 2006, the Work Session of February 20, 2006, the Special Meeting of February 21, 2006 and the Special Meeting of February 23, 2006, seconded by Ms. Youmans. Voting for the motion was unanimous.

Comment Period by No one signed up to speak.

Public:

New Massage Request was made to consider a new massage

Establishment - establishment from Key Touch, 1035 Main

Key Touch: Street, no exceptions noted by the Department of Police Services.

Mr. Judson made a motion to postpone this request until the regular meeting of March 20th,

Seconded by Ms. Youmans. Voting for the motion was unanimous.

Other Business: Mayor Deyton informed the public that she would be attending a meeting in San Diego on BRAC issues and the closing of Fort Gillem.

Adjournment: Mr. Halcome made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Judson. Voting for the motion was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
