Agenda items:               Ordinance to transfer funds in the amount of $50,000 from the unappropriated balance of the general fund for additional costs associated with roll-off containers:   Ms. Williams asked for an explanation of this ordinance.  Mr. Parker explained the City has a budget that allows us to pay for roll-offs and we have expended those funds.  Mike Gippert stated the roll off line item figure this year is at $350,000 but we actually did $400,000 so we have additional revenue coming in from this account and we have to pay Waste Management, also.  He stated we need an additional $50,000 to pay Waste Management because we collected an additional $62,000 in revenue.

Ordinance to authorize the acquisition and purchase of certain real estate in the City – Mr. Parker explained this property is at the corner of Bridge Avenue and Lake Drive and will benefit the City with storage of equipment.
