a Resolution requesting authorization for the City
Manager to sign as approval of the
City Council of Forest Park for the subdivision of one (1) lot zoned C-3
Institutional Commercial into two (2) lots.
SUMMARY
AND BACKGROUND: A petition has been submitted y Dr. Jude Ohaya owner, Trustee Drugs, Inc. 381 Forest Parkway, Forest
Park, Georgia, to subdivide a 1.70 acre parcel, Clayton County Tax ID No.
13051C A003A into two (2) parcels. The proposed subdivision lies in Land Lot 51
of the 13th District of Clayton County, on
1. Tract A: 0.80 acres, which contains the Trustee Drugs,
And
2.
Tract B: 0.90 acres, which
contains a fully developed site,
i.e., parking lot, drive, detention
pond facility, which is ready to build a new building upon.
The
reason for the subdivision is so the owner, Dr. Jude Ohaya
can sell the site ready parcel (Tract B) to another doctor to construct a new
doctor’s office at the location. This
subdivision is being accomplished under CFPCO Section
5.
Consider
an Ordinance by the City Council of
amend the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Forest Park, specifically Title 8, Chapter 8, thereof, known as “the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Forest Park,” so as to adopt a new Article, to
be known as Article K, providing for maximum occupancy standards for
residential dwellings in the City; to make it unlawful to violate such
standards; to amend certain related portions thereof; to provide for
severability; to repeal all ordinances parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
