2.&n= bsp; Consider a Resolution by the City Council of the City of Forest Park authorizing the Mayor to execute a License Agreement with Forest Park Youth Football for the Use of Kiwanis Stadium, Lopez Field, Baker Field, Burke Field, Stanford Fie= ld and Johnson Field from July 27^th, 2009 through November 19, 2009= to conduct Football and Cheerleading Practices and games in their Youth Footba= ll Program; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes

= &nb= sp; = SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: The Forest Park &= nbsp; Youth Football are requesting use of Kiwanis Stadium/concession stand and ball fi= elds (Baker, Burke, Johnson, Lopez, Stanford) July 27, 2009 through November 19, 2009 to conduct games and practices. Practices are Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and games on Saturd= ays. The License Agreement is a revocab= le License Agreement and specifications for the use of City of Forest Park facilities and vending concessions and includes liability insurance, general release, indemnificat= ion and hold harmless provisions.

3.&n= bsp; Consider a Resolution by the City Council for the City of Forest Park, Georgia, authorizing the Mayor to execute the Memorandum of Understanding for the Clayton County Archway Partnership Project; to provide an effective date; a= nd for other purposes

= Forest Park decla= ring certain City Property Listed on Exhibit A to be Surplus property and to pro= vide for its proper disposal either by auction or other methods pursuant to the City’s Ordinances; and for other purposes

5.&n= bsp; Consider a Resolution by the City Council of the City of

Forest Park declar= ing certain City Property listed on Exhibit A, to be surplus prope= rty and to provide for its proper disposal either by auction or other methods pursuant to the City’s ordinances and for other purposes (Local Forfeiture Account)

Forest Park, Geo= rgia, to authorize the acquisition and purchase of certain real estate in the City for a purchase price of the appraised value; to provide for temporary fundi= ng of said purchase from the General Fund of the City; to provide for reimburs= ement to the General Fund from funds received from the “SPLOST” Tax in 2009; to provide for severability; to repeal all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
